Mervyn Raphael

is one of the founder members of People Business in South Asia, MEA and SEA. Over a 30-year career, Mervyn worked with Hindustan Unilever, AT&T and Mercer Consulting as the founder-Managing Director. Mervyn has led several consulting assignments over the last 15 years, primarily in the areas of Defining Vision & Values, Employer Branding, Leadership Transformation and Executive Coaching for companies such as STAR TV, RBS, Piramal Enterprises, RPG Group, Yum Restaurants, PWC, GSK, HDFC Bank, Accenture, Landmark Group, Lupin, 3M, Manipal Group, Novartis, Medtronic, Genpact, Credit Suisse etc. Mervyn is an experienced Leadership facilitator for top management teams and an Executive Coach for several Organizations in India and Overseas. He also conducts coaching and Mentoring workshops over a long term basis for companies.

Dr. Sandeep K. Krishnan

is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at People Business. He heads the South India business. He is a Fellow (Doctorate) of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to joining People business, he has worked with organizations like IBM, Infosys, Ernst and Young, and RPG. As a consultant he has led large assignments in the areas of leadership development, talent management, and employer branding with both public and private sector organizations. He is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI and has completed certification in Executive Coaching from University of Cambridge. Sandeep is also an Adjunct Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Indore where he teaches and research in the areas of employee attrition and engagement, employer branding, strategic human resource management, high performance organizations, careers, and leadership development. His research has been published in Human Resource Management, Business Strategy Review, South Asian Journal of Management, and Vikalpa. He has authored many case studies, and articles in professional journals.

Abhishek Kumar

is a Partner and Senior Director at People Business. He is a senior management consultant with close to two decades of experience, with companies and professionals in India, the US, Europe and APAC.

After graduating from SIMS, he started a career as a line Human Resources (HR) professional. For over a decade, Abhishek worked in different roles within HR - HR Generalist and HR Business, HR Tools and Technology and Engagement and Recognition. Some companies that he worked with are Maersk Group, Accenture, Bharti Airtel, and Great Place to Work.

As a consultant, Abhishek has worked in the following areas - Leadership Transformation and Coaching, Culture Transformation journeys, Employer Brand Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management. He has extensively worked with clients in BFSI, Automobile, FMCD, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Entertainment and Pharmaceutical. Abhishek is a certified assessor and an experienced coach with proven experience in, hand-holding professionals and support them in carving success paths for behavior transformational journeys.

He is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Management from IIM Calcutta.
