The program’s key objective is to build a ready pool of leaders, from within the organization, for building succession and leadership pipeline for critical positions. The Program has been featured in Aditya Birla’s Corporate Leadership Development & Learning Excellence magazine. Since 2014, We have run 4 batches of the program and 2 batches of the Advanced program with the university.

PB has been partnering with the Industrial Machinery manufacturing leader since 2018 to design and deploy the leadership development program for the General Managers in the organization. The objective of the program was to develop functional leaders as business leaders. The program involved customized workshops with a global university, business simulations along with intensive coaching. The coaching has created a high impact and all participants have shown significant progress in leadership transformation areas and clear ROI was measured as a result of the exercise.
